Project Description: Redevelop the West End library into a new 11-story building with library, retail and larger condominiums above. A mix of one-bedroom/den, two-bedroom/den and three-bedroom/den are planned with an average size of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. with one garage parking space per unit. Approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of retail is planned for the street level.
Project specific requirements/ emphasis for the above referenced project: Subcontractors and suppliers will be asked to furnish labor and/or materials and equipment to accomplish work required by the contract documents for the various areas of work listed below.
