Originally created as an exclusive cake for the Lady M Boston boutique and unveiled as a nationwide limited time offering in 2020, the Red Bean Mille Crêpes cake is made with beautiful Hokkaido red beans and proved to be tremendously popular. It is now available again across the country for the 2021 Lunar New Year.
The Hokkaido red beans are carefully cooked to create the house-made azuki bean jam, generously brushed between the layers of cream and crepes. The cake offers a multitude of textures and complementary flavors that are sure to please.
