Step 1: First: Register to attend and/or exhibit at the conference as our guest .
Step 2: Request to obtain matchmaking appointments by emailing VACC ataabac@aabac.org
Step 3: You will obtain instructions then a list of suitable and available appointments |
What is the format for the Matchmaking meetings?
Scheduled meetings are fifteen (15) minutes in length with a five
minute break in between to allow participants to move to their next
appointment. Each year we implement 160 to 200 individual
appointments at the show
General Marketing Tips
Below are some general suggestions on marketing tips.
Before meeting with a prospective clients, be sure to:
1. Research and learn about all available organizational and mission
of the prospect / potential buyer
2. Provide an overview of your organization’s capabilities statement
or branded marketing collateral package
3. For the SMEs:
a. The first section: Should provide access information on the firm, including procurement and other profile information
b. The second section: Should include firm’s core competencies
capabilities and any unique performance factors
c. The third section: This section should provide any of your relevant past performance contracts and references
3. All information on your profile should be current, unique, to differentiate
the firm in the marketplace, use of relevant key words, past performance information, and backup documentations (Ex: certification paperwork) |
