Magic of the Yangtze Beckons at Embassy Suites

The Chinese National Tourism Bureau hosted a dinner at the Embassy Suites on Monday June 17, 2013 to showcase the tourist treasures the Yangtze River of China has to offer. At least thirty tourist agencies were invited and they were treated to photos of The Three Gorges, pandas, and other sights in China. “For those of you who have not visited China, please visit, and for those who already have, please come again,” said Liu Dong, the Second Secretary of the Culture Office of the People’s of Republic of China in Washington. Dong said that tourism between the United States and China was crucial to developing an understanding relationship between the two countries.
